Janitorial Services

Cleaning of the lobby and common areas is provided by the building. If you observe a janitorial problem in any of these areas, please call the Management office immediately.

The following items will be at Tenant’s expense (unless otherwise noted in Tenant’s lease):

  • Cleaning, maintaining and furnishing of lavatory supplies for private lavatories
  • Washing and re-lamping of all light fixtures
  • Exterminating in Tenant’s Premises
  • Trash Removal
